Cleetwood Cove Trail

Named for the first boat on the lake it’s the only access to the water. Unfortunately it was closed for repair after the snowfall and runoff. We were able to ask some questions... how did they get the boats in the water? Answer- helicopter. They have 2 research boats (in the picture) and 3 tourist boats. The tours are not running this year. The boats spend the winter on Wizard Island. The helicopter boat drop only happens every few years when the boats need replacement or major repair.
